My journey began long before Snazzy was created. I was raised in a family-owned wholesale and retail business, where my father taught my siblings and me the importance of hard work, honesty, and putting customers first. With eight children helping in the family store, retail wasn't just our business—it was our way of life.

As my older siblings moved on, I took on more responsibility and became the store manager at just sixteen years old. Those early experiences taught me lessons that have stayed with me throughout my life: treat every customer with respect, stand behind what you sell, and never compromise on quality.

Although life took me in different directions as I raised my family, my dream of owning a store never disappeared. My husband often smiles and says, "You're just like your dad," because I've always had the heart of a merchant. He's right—it's simply in my blood.

That lifelong passion eventually led me to create Snazzy.

Today, Snazzy is built on the same values I learned growing up: offering authentic, quality merchandise at competitive prices while providing the kind of personal service that makes every customer feel valued.
